Booking & payment

A deposit reserves your session date and is applied to your total. The balance is due on session day. Published prices are per session as described on the pricing page.

Rescheduling & cancellation

You may reschedule at no charge with at least 24 hours notice. Late cancellations and no-shows forfeit the deposit.

Photo delivery & usage

Selected photos are delivered retouched, in high resolution, by digital download. Delivered photos include a license for your personal and professional use (profiles, websites, marketing, casting submissions). Resale of the images or use in third-party advertising campaigns requires a separate written license.

Copyright

By Ender Photography retains copyright of all images. We only use client photos in our own portfolio or marketing with the client's permission.
